After witnessing the Blackfeet Powwow, our small group of photographers spent a week in Glacier National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and one the jewels of America’s national park system. We hiked Rocky Mountain trails, encountered the park’s iconic wildlife and watched stunning Montana sunrises and sunsets over mountains that the Blackfeet call “the Backbone of the World". We stayed in iconic park lodges built in the early 20th century, reminiscent of a bygone era. It is nature at its most spectacular.
